Register as a Group (5 or more people from the same organization)

Cancellation Policy: Capital Hospice will refund your tuition, less a $50 administrative processing fee, when written notice of your withdrawal is received on or before October 15, 2008. After October 15, 2008, we will be unable to issue a refund. You may, however, substitute a colleague without penalty.
